I have been bleaching and dying my hair platinum blonde for a little over a year now. so far the best thing I have used to achieve the brightest, shiniest, pale blonde is Chi Extra Light Iridescent Blonde Plus. If you want to see it in action I have a YouTube Channel linked below.

This Chi dye happens to have a toner built in BUT make sure you pick up some purple shampoo and conditioner to help maintain the blonde!
